Meet A New Member of the Team: Anastacio Martinez
We would like to introduce to you one of the newest product specialist here at Academy Ford, Anastacio Martinez. Martinez is new to the Academy Ford family and has over 5 years of working in customer relations. He believes that his customer service skills along with being fluent in Spanish will come in very handy here at Academy Ford.
Someone’s vehicle choice is very influential in a customer’s lifestyle and vice versa. Martinez believes finding his customers that perfect vehicle that meets their needs can have a huge impact on someone’s life, which he feels is one of the most rewarding aspects of his new position. The perfect vehicle, is a vehicle which meets all their needs and necessities.
Martinez is excited about a career here at Academy Ford, where it is a family owned company and has been in business for over 50 years. Martinez loves it when customers come in with questions. Martinez suggests for customers to prepare some questions to ask their product specialist, he feels questions are a good way to get the ball rolling, and helps give him a better idea of what the customer is really looking for in their new vehicle.
Outside of Academy ford Martinez currently lives and grew up right down the street from the dealership in Hyattsville. While not on the job he loves to play soccer, ride his motorcycle and bike. When it comes to food Martinez is not picky, however one of his favorites is pasta.
