Each year, the Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award is presented to Ford Dealership staff who consistently go above and beyond.  Honorees are recognized for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and sales, exemplifying what it means to go further.  

It’s nice to know that we are lucky enough to have one of the best employees, Derek Watson, who has been recognized this year.  He is the kind of employee that takes pride in what he does and spreads excellence wherever he goes.  Thank you and congratulations Derek for this Elite Achievement!  Want to learn more about Derek?
